We're sure you're excited about starting your course at Enforex, and maybe a little nervous, too. Not to worry! Here you have some useful information on what to do upon your arrival.

How do I get the address of my accommodations?

About two weeks before arrival — only when full payment has been received — we will send you the confirmation and address of your accommodations.

Where should I go when I arrive?

If you have booked accommodations with us, about two weeks before arrival you will receive the confirmation along with instructions for the day of your arrival (where to go, how to get the keys, etc.). You will also receive the Enforex emergency phone number for your city in case you have any problems.

If you have not booked accommodations with us and are just taking an Enforex Spanish course, you should go directly to the school on Monday at 8:30 a.m. for the level test.

If I book a transfer, how and where will I meet the Enforex driver?

When your plane arrives, you will pick up your luggage and then go through customs. After clearing customs, you will find the Enforex driver waiting in the arrivals all with your name on an Enforex sign.

What if I can't find the driver or my flight is delayed or canceled?

In these cases, you should call the Enforex emergency number you received with the confirmation of your transfer.
