Cuenca is on hand to offer some brilliant sights, it is a UNESCO world heritage destination and has a selection of hanging houses, one of the interesting places you should head towards is the Church of San Felipe Neri. Especially at the easter at the signing of the Misérere.
If your looking to go where the action is then the plaza mayor is the place to go, it has the grand town hall and the gothic cathedral of Nuestra Señora de Gracia. Though if your in the party mood then you can check out the festival of Semana Santa as well as the Semana de Musica.
There are a wide selection of museums to check out if you fancy quenching that thirst for knowledge, first on the list is Museo de arte Abstracto Español which you can gather is an abstract art exhibit. With some interesting pieces it shouldn't be missed, the second on the list is Museo de cuenca which has a collection of Roman artifacts waiting there for you to see.
